三十多年前由 馬彬智 眼科醫師跟據 美國海倫博士示範之標準義眼製造過程，潛心研究開發全新型態的義眼製作。多年來，馬彬智 眼科醫師與他的兒子 馬剛 積極尋找更好的材質與製做途徑，潛心改進市面上定型義眼的缺失。經長久臨床試驗，終於創立了臺灣義眼研究所，專門為單眼人配製高品質的活動義眼。
30 years ago, Dr. Ma Bin-Chih studied the production process demonstrated by an American Dr. named Helen. Afterward, Dr. Ma Bin-Chih and his son Ma Kang applied their own experience and technique to improve the material and production process of the artificial eye. Through many years of testing and development, they identified the weakness of the original artificial eye model and eliminate the flaws. Taiwan Artificial Eye Advance Design Center was established to deliver tailor-made mobile artificial eye to serve those customer who only seeks for the best.

Taiwan Artificial Eye Advance Design Center has 3 divisions located in Tainan, Taichung and Taipei (Which are located at the Northern, Central and Southern of Taiwan).
